RSA appoints Crawford as sole subsidence claim handler

RSA has appointed Crawford & Company as its only subsidence claims handler for five years.

RSA home and pet personal claims director Louisa Leonard said: “Subsidence can cause significant disruption for our customers, so our choice of partner for the handling of these claims is key.”

Crawford & Company UK & Ireland chief executive Greg Gladwell said: “We are thrilled to be expanding our subsidence work with such a major insurer.”
