RSA Motor Operations extends customer repair services to large vehicles

RSA Motor Operations has extended its customer repair services to cater for accident damaged trucks, tankers, trailers, vans and other specialist commercial vehicles, as part of the ongoing development of the RSA UK Priority Repair Network (PRN).

RSA is offering its large vehicle repairer network in association with Scania which will repair large commercial vehicles and Ford accident repair centres for van repair.

In addition to repair services, there is also the option of a free replacement van while a customer's vehicle is being repaired.

Customers with larger vehicles will be able to hire a replacement vehicle from Scania's extensive rental fleet.

This latest offering follows the expansion of the Quality Repair Centres business into Bristol and Stockport and the introduction of a Prestige Repairer Network for customers with higher value cars last year.

UK motor claims director Ian Thompson said: "This latest service development demonstrates that we continue to listen and respond to our customers' needs.

"Our Priority Repair Network has been a huge success. Through our partnerships with Scania and Ford, more of our commercial customers will now be able to benefit from the repair quality and service assurance our extended network offers."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
