Telegraph says Latin American AIG units in RSA’s sights
RSA is considering buying the Latin American businesses of AIG and the restructured insurance business of Fortis, The Sunday Telegraph reports.
RSA had appointed JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch to prepare a potential £600m capital-raising
Fortis's UK operations are not expected to be high on RSA's list of targets. RSA declined to comment.
