RSA injury claims head joins RBSI

RBS Insurance has appointed David Frost as director of technical and large loss.

Frost is currently head of injury claims at RSA.

He will join RBS Insurance in March and will be a member of the claims executive leadership team.

Frost will report directly to RBS Insurance claims managing director, Steve Maddock, who said: “Claims management is an integral part of our business and we are significantly investing in this area to ensure our processes are as efficient and effective as possible, ultimately meaning a better service for our customers.

"David comes with a wealth of UK and global technical claims experience, this will prove invaluable as we continue to move forward and become a genuinely recognised Centre of Excellence in claims handling.”
