Haste to quit RSA and its board by year end

RSA has confirmed that Simon Lee will take over from Andy Haste as group chief executive from 1 November.

Haste will retire from RSA and its board on 31 December.

Haste announced his decision to leave the insurer in August this year after eight years leading the firm.
