Health insurer Vivas Health has outsourced its e-enabled suite to the Rubicon Corporation.
The landmark contract has been awarded to Rubicon, which will now be responsible for providing policy administration and claims management services to support Vivas Health in Ireland.
It is the first contract of its kind in the Irish health insurance market.
Hospitals will be able to validate cover and provide company healthcare administrators real-time access to manage policies online, using the software provided by Rubicon.
