Quality of service is one the most important factors for solicitors buying PI insurance, according to a survey published by Zurich Professional today.
PI provider Zurich Professional said that while solicitors still see price as a key determining factor when buying PI cover, they are now putting greater emphasis on service, particularly claims' handling.
Results from the company's annual customer survey showed that the value placed upon claims' handling has increased by 14% over the past three years.
