Broker says it will announce Fleming’s replacement in due course

Simply Business chief financial officer Kevin Fleming has left the broker after four years with the company, Insurance Times has learned.

During his time with the broker, Fleming was responsible for the finance team across the company’s branches in London and Northampton.

He worked for Simply Business during a period of major change at the company that saw it get backing from private equity firm AnaCap for a management buy out (MBO) in 2013.

The company also underwent a major redesign of its IT platform.

A spokesman for Simply Business said: “We can confirm that Kevin Fleming is no longer at Simply Business and we will be announcing our new chief financial officer in due course.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
