HBOS General Insurance subsidiary St Andrew's Group has won the Argos store card account for creditor insurance.
The company, which specialises in providing creditor insurance to third parties, has also retained the Argos personal loans account. But, from now, it will also be managing around 115,000 store card customers.
Sarah Harper, Argos's General Manager - Insurance, commented: "St Andrew's has a strong commitment to customer service which links in well with our own approach. It makes sense to have a single provider for our creditor insurance and St Andrew's came through as the best choice.”
The company has also won business from BMW and Bradford and Bingley recently.
