Swiss Re completes £600m sale of Gherkin to IVG Immobilien AG...
Swiss Re has completed the sale of its London office building, 30 St Mary Axe “The Gherkin”, to an affiliate of the real-estate corporation IVG Immobilien AG for £600m.
Swiss Re will remain a principal tenant of 30 St Mary Axe for the foreseeable future as the building provides an excellent working environment for Swiss Re's employees.
