Taylor Patterson's insurance arm has achieved its best end of financial year figures in more than two decades.

Taylor Patterson Insurance Services(TPIS), which is part of the Preston-based Taylor Patterson Group, announced it had recorded its highest turnover since its inception 20 years ago.

In the past year, the commercial insurance broker has increased turnover by 10%, attracted 25 new clients and placed £5m worth of insurance premiums.
