It uses data from the industry Claims Portal together with ISO Claims Outcome Advisor to offer analytics for personal injury claims handlers.
This is a system that has already saved one insurer £1m on personal injury claims costs. Judges were impressed with the way insurers can set their litigation criteria. This technology was described as something of real benefit to insurers.
