ISO entered ‘Case in Point,’ a predictive analytics tool to help insurers better understand settlement negotiation behaviour of individual fee earners within claimant lawyers. It uses data from the industry Claims Portal together with ISO Claims Outcome Advisor to offer analytics for personal injury claims handlers.

This is a system that has already saved one insurer £1m on personal injury claims costs. Judges were impressed with the way insurers can set their litigation criteria. This technology was described as something of real benefit to insurers.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
