In advance of new FSA regulations coming into effect on 14th January which require insurance and finance companies to keep records of conversations, Transactor Global Solutions (TGSL) has launched a networked system that records calls off-site and integrates into its Transactor insurance management system.
TGSL developed the software along with telephony technology firm NeXT IS. Functions include the ability to browse, store and replay calls from a desktop. Users can also store conversations in files relating to the type of client and policy level.
TGSL's managing director, Ray Vincent, said: “Full integration with call recording is unique to Transactor in the insurance software package market, so we are claiming yet another first.”
