The group hopes the acquisition of the assets will strengthen Cotswold’s investigations capability
The group says the acquisition will significantly strengthen the strategic development of its investigations capability, allowing it to embed increased intelligence offerings into its service portfolio and introduce these offerings as part of its existing solutions based contracts.
Matthew Cantle, chief executive of The Cotswold Group, commented: “We are very pleased to welcome the Absolute team to Cotswold and expect them to make a real difference to our business. We believe their innovation, leadership, extensive client base and track record of delivery in this highly specialist area will underpin our offering here in the UK and overseas.”
Bill McCarthy, chief executive of The Absolute Partnership, added: “We are very excited about the opportunities for our employees and our customers through becoming part of the Cotswold family. The opportunity to create a major force in investigation services and to work with the Cotswold team is an extremely exciting prospect.”
Last February (2017), Cotswold’s appointed David Snow as part of the investigations specialist team.
