Online insurance broker 1st Quote has launched a new interactive service to give immediate answers to customers' insurance questions on the internet.
Visitors to the site can click on a virtual operator displayed on the screen.
They then enter into a live real-time chat with a member of the 1st Quote team who can answer any queries they have.
Ian Meyer, chief executive of 1st Quote said: "This service is ideal for consumers who want instant answers to their insurance questions online. It doesn't matter how basic or how complicated their insurance query is – our virtual operator will provide them with an immediate response."
