Duncan is a fourth-generation family broker business owner and joined the Aviva Future Leader Programme as a delegate in 2018. He discusses what training options are available at a senior level and how the Aviva Future Leader Programme differed.
Duncan shares that he’s seen both personal and business benefits from being part of the programme and was driven to apply saying; “I thought I was a good leader and I had a good brokerage but I wanted to be a great leader of a great brokerage.” Reflecting on the ongoing value of the course Duncan revealed “The instructors and coaches are there to help us years after the event which has been invaluable.”
