Towergate has appointed Nick Houghton as regional sales director for Northern England and Scotland.
Nick has 15 years' insurance experience in a variety of roles within Zurich, Alexander Forbes and Marsh.
Towergate's Northern region includes both wholesale underwriting agencies and retail brokers, which control in excess of £100m GWP.
This position is the latest to be filled as Towergate recruits a regional sales and marketing infrastructure to support business development plans.
