Motor claims administrators Town & Country Assistance have launched a 24-hour online claim tracking facility.
The website, town-country.co.uk, provides real-time data, either on an individual claim or bulk download basis. Filters allow customers to get an analysis of their claim and a history of all entries on their file.
The site was developed as part of Town & Country's Motorguard Accident Management facility.
