Troika has launched a new subsidiary company to provide a specialist workforce for the financial services industry.
ResourceCo has a mandate to provide professionally vetted candidates, industry experts, project managers and IT specialists to the industry on a contract or permanent basis.
Annie Norman, managing director of ResourceCo, said: “Our sharp focus on retail financial services and deep industry knowledge enables us to understand clients' needs, find resources and vet them appropriately.”
Troika managing director Andrew Stewart added: “We've experienced strong demand from clients looking for ‘Troika-quality' advice and experience delivered on a resourcing basis, so it made sense for us to develop a new offering to meet that need.”
