The underwriting management team of specialist yacht and marine insurers Yachtline and Marineline has completed a management buyout from Leeds-based insurance group Greatminster for an undisclosed sum.
The company also announced that it will underwrite yacht insurance on behalf of Cotesworth at Lloyd's. While part of Greatminster, Yachtline underwrote yacht cover for CNA Maritime.
