New commercial partnerships director also joins from LV=
Validus has hired Steve Crowe and Iain Bryce from Aviva in a wave of senior appointments.
Crowe has joined as chief financial officer, while Bryce is taking up the role of programme and change director.
Ian Gray has also joined the insurance services firm from LV= as director of commercial partnerships.
Validus chief executive Mike Srokowski said: “These new appointments are a big step forward in our aim to become the number one supplier of technology solutions to the UK motor claims market. Our plan is to build upon the growing market expectation and fulfil our strong growth prospects following the MBO last year with Lloyds Development Capital.”
Srokowski said that Crowe would also join the Validus board and be responsible for group strategy and M&A.
