Lloyds TSB has launched a commercial motor insurance package, underwritten by Norwich Union.
Cover is available for vans up to 3.5 tonnes, trucks from 3.5 tonnes to 38 tonnes, and any drawback or articulated trailer. Multi-vehicle cover is available for up to 10 vehicles, and cars used for business.
The policy includes legal costs to pursue an uninsured loss of up to £50,000 and medical expenses for driver and occupants of up to £150 per person.
The commercial motor insurance will be linked to the Business Protection Service (BPS), which provides a telephone service that offers guidance and advice and gives an insurance quote tailored to cover specific risks.
