VP continues its expansion plans
Venture Preference has acquired Newspace Insurance Services.
Newspace is a Northampton-based brokerage specialising in the SME sector in which they run their own specially developed schemes. The business has 3000 clients, two specialist schemes and employs 11 people.
Venture Preference chief executive Stuart Reid said: “I am delighted that the Newspace team is joining Venture Preference as I believe the company is an ideal fit with our business. We have ambitious plans to grow our business and this acquisition is further evidence of that.”
Newspace Insurance Services will continue to operate out of their current offices until the end of this year when they will join forces with their new VP colleagues in the existing Smart & Cook premises in Northampton.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
