Insurance hardware and software provider Wentwood Technologies has merged with Ensign IT.
The new company, based in Newport, South Wales, will be called Wentwood Technologies. There are plans to open a Leicester office.
The technology firm, which offers systems integration and back-office facilities, will have a customer base of 250 brokers, after the merger.
