Broker network's total membership now at 191
Broker network Westinsure has added six new members since the beginning of 2011, taking the total to 191.
The new members, which are based across the UK, comprise Artemis Insurance Brokers, Keith Simister Personal Insurance Services, Medway Insurance and Claims Service, Export and General Insurance Services, IRCS and Western Counties Insurance Services.
"It is great to welcome our new members on board at such an exciting time for Westinsure. January saw us launch new facilities at the Westinsure Expo in Cirencester to our members," said Westinsure managing director Norrie Erwin. "With new insurers coming on board and new facilities it makes Westinsure an even more compelling proposition for brokers who want to have all the benefits of being in a powerful alliance but still control their own businesses."
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
