Norrie Erwin to take over from Max Hardman

Max Hardman is to step down as chief executive of the Westinsure Alliance in the second half of 2011, Insurance Times understands.

Norrie Erwin, development director of Ink Underwriting, is to take over, and is taking advice from Hardman before fully adopting the role.

Erwin is currently president of CII Manchester, and was previously UK area sales manager of Quinn Insurance.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
