ABI press officer Malcolm Tarling was left a cheeky message by would-be thieves who broke into his garage.
The brazen burglars took one look at the store of discarded ironing boards and old mattresses and scrawled the word “junk” in fluorescent pen on an inside wall.
Far from being stirred into clearing out the so-called junk to make room for his car, Malcolm simply had the lock repaired and put off the dreaded tidy-up for another day.
