Whittington has lost two members of its senior management team following the group's restructure.

General manager for Europe and US Richard Whatton, and Stephanie Mocatta, group business development director, have both parted company with Whittington.

The company, which is headquartered in Singapore, recently announced that it is to focus its strategic growth in four key geographic markets - UK, Asia Pacific, Continental Europe and Eastern European.

"Whittington will not be pursuing any further business in the Americas," it admitted. "As a result of this strategy Richard Whatton and Stephanie Mocatta have decided to leave the group with effect from 30 November 2006."

Future growth in Whittington's key markets will be spearheaded by Simon Birch in Asia, Tony Hobrow in Eastern Europe, and in the UK and Western Europe by Jon Francis.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
