A dispute resolution company, called Workitout, was launched yesterday (April 26) to coincide with the first anniversary of the Woolf reforms.

The company will offer fixed priced mediation and e-settlement services.

It has been set up by former Forum of Insurance lawyers president Martin Bruffell from Berrymans Lace Mawer and John Cahill and Paul Paxton from claimant catastrophic injury specialists Stewarts.

Workitout will use a panel of experienced lawyers and mediators headed by American trial lawyer David Person.
