Xchanging names Nick Lamb as new broking head

Xchanging has appointed Nick Lamb as director of broking and managing director of Xchanging Broking Services.

He was previously commercial and finance and strategy and business development director at the company.

In his new role, Lamb will oversee the entire broking business and try to grow it by seeking opportunities to develop the service for existing and new clients, and diversifying the division’s portfolio.

Xchanging Global Insurance Services executive director Adrian Guttridge said: “[Lamb’s] appointment will support our plans to strengthen Xchanging’s position in London, and also our strategy to take our proven capabilities to the global market.

“We are committed to investing in our business, enabling us to deliver results for our existing clients while at the same time identifying new opportunities for growth.”
