Zurich Personal Insurances has launched the Interactive Marketing Toolkit - a marketing initiative for intermediaries.
Zurich says the new project's purpose is to help intermediaries cultivate new business and enhance customer retention rates by providing them with cutting-edge marketing advice.
The kit includes practical tools and advice on a range of issues including direct mail, advertising, regaining customers and legal issues.
Zurich's head of marketing, Max Todd, commented; "We are constantly working with our broker partners to win new customers for the intermediary channel. I believe that the Marketing Toolkit will prove to be a powerful weapon in countering the activities of the direct writers."
