Zurich's UK commercial business has published a new guide called ‘Managing the cost of claims'.

Zurich said the advice contained in the booklet will help brokers advise businesses on how to keep claims costs down.

Zurich also believes the guide contains information not widely available to SMEs in the marketplace.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
