Undewriting agency acquired by global broker
Arthur J. Gallagher has acquired underwriting agency Oxygen Insurance Managers from its parent, Oxygen Holdings.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Oxygen Insurance Managers specializes in international classes of insurance such as liability, extended warranty, cargo and specie, property, and group personal accident and travel.
Sian Fisher, the head of OIM, and her associates will continue to operate out of their current Fenchurch Street location as OIM Underwriting, under the direction of David Ross, chief executive of Arthur J. Gallagher (UK).
