Having worked closely with him over the last two years, I have every confidence in his abilities to build on the sound foundations built at Bluefin and to make the business the broker of choice in its chosen markets.

“It has been a pleasure working with both Stuart and Mike as they integrated Bluefin into a lean business, well positioned for growth. I wish to take this opportunity to thank them for their commitment and excellent work over the years and wish them all the best in their future careers.”

Organ will assume his new role with immediate effect.

Blanc added: “Bluefin has come a long way from its early days as a group of acquired businesses to become one of the largest and most profitable brokers in the market.
