The partnership will allow Bluefin to use DAS’s loss assisting scheme
Bluefin Network has today announced a partnership with leading legal expenses insurer DAS to give customers access to its loss assisting scheme.
DAS UK, active since 1975, will offer specialist support to Bluefin customers to manage the complex claims process after a major loss.
Their services include a dedicated professional, who will visit the site within 24 hours of notification. They will also offer up to £100,000 in fees for a loss adjustor.
They will help in the preparation, submission and negotiation of a claim as well as offering to cover the costs of experts required when preparing the claim.
DAS UK broker sales manager Darren Weekes said: “Every year we see businesses fail because they cannot survive the disruption caused by a major incident such as flood damage.
“Our loss assist insurance, which is now available through Bluefin and its partner brokers, helps to prevent that from happening.”
Bluefin Network’s David Hopwood added: “This partnership gives clients the option of loss assist insurance through DAS, it further strengthens our proposition and helps to protect our customers against the unforeseen.”
