Lincoln and Zandler departures confirmed

Cobra Networks managing director John Lincoln and Cobra Insurance Brokers managing director Mark Zandler have left the business.

Lincoln was also Cobra London Markets executive director and Zandler was Cobra Resource Management director group operations.

A Cobra spokesman confirmed the departures but is still checking the reasons behind them.

Last month Cobra shareholders accepted a £7.3m offer from chief executive Steve Burrows to buy the business.

Cobra is being delisted from the AIM market and a number of board directors are stepping down.

 

 

 

 

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
