British tour operator Sun Modilex has launched two anti-stress Cuban holidays – Anti-Stress and Quality of Life to combat work stress.
The company's own research finds 70% of senior management and 64% of middle management are suffering from stress at work.
Meanwhile, 84% of senior management and 81% of middle management are concerned about improving their well-being and quality of life.
The two-week trip provides activities to de-stress the holidaymaker and also teaches them techniques to tackle stress when they get home. These include breathing and relaxation exercises, body massage, reflexology, music relaxation therapy, hydro-massage and counselling sessions.
