Cottrill Stone Lawless (CSL), Manchester personal injury lawyers, has been selected by 1st Automotive to handle its non-personal injury claims from motor accidents.
The contract has led to the creation of a four-strong team of non-personal injury claims specialists, including two new appointments.
The team will handle a mix of non-personal injury claims ranging from policy excess, car hire charges, car repair costs and pre-accident values which were previously handled by 1st Automotive.
CSL partner Philip Mogg believed his firm's track record in personal injury claims helped secure the contract: "Our eight-strong personal injury team has established a reputation for fast and effective claims handling during our ten years on the referral panel for 1st Automotive."
