Forget the money and focus on the personal development opportunities That's the conclusion of our survey.

Job security scored 12.5%.
Cash came in only fourth place, scoring just under 10%. On this basis, is cash really king?

Concerns
Everyone is feeling more secure at work. Over 43% of said they had no worries about redundancy in the coming year. Last year the figure was under 40%.
Only just over 8% of respondents said they were significantly worried about redundancy - something which is, perhaps, no surprise in an almost full employment economy.
Low pay rises shouldn't be something for employers to worry about. Just under 14% said they were worried about low pay rises, while 16% said they weren't worried at all.
Also, it seems that workloads are not rising too far, too fast. A third of respondents said they were worried about rising workloads, a third said they weren't and a third were in the middle.
