The AA's new bill protection policy aims to keep motorists mobile if loss of income follows an accident, sickness or job loss.
For a monthly premium of £5.95, AA Motorists' Bill Protector policyholders are assured of a monthly payment of £100 to help them keep their car on the road.
The policy is underwritten by the St Andrews Group and is available to AA members and non-members.
