Brokersure Connect has announced a new partnership with Abbey National.
The deal means Abbey National will place non-standard car, home, commercial and caravan business through Brokersure Connect.
Brokersure Connect is the wholesale broking arm of brokersure.co.uk.
Abbey National insurance relationship manager David Parnell said the deal would allow the bank to offer better customer service by being able to easily place usual insurance requests.
Brokersure Connect managing director Michael Whitfield said he was delighted by the agreement.
“With the intensity of competition in the marketplace, plus the growth of insurance supermarkets and internet services, machine underwriting is not always able to underwrite the risk,” Whitfield said.
“We can provide a highly efficient service when specialist broking is required.”
