Broker expands branch network
ABC Insurance, the broker distribution arm of LV=, has expanded its branch network with the opening of a Leeds office.
The new branch will underwrite commercial combined insurance for brokers in West Yorkshire and the North East regions.
Kim Chambers has been appointed as branch manager.
She was previously operations manager at NIG’s Leeds branch.
Gillian Patience, formerly at Norwich Union and David Bailey, previously at Marsh, have also joined the team as commercial underwriters. Further appointments are expected.
The broker’s Leeds presence increases its branch network to six.
ABC currently has branches in Croydon, Sheffield, Bristol, Manchester and Maidstone. Further branch openings are planned for later in the year.
