Accenture and SAP have developed an agreement to create IT solutions for financial services companies.
The agreement will allow them to offer an expanded range of services, including standard solutions, custom solutions and business process outsourcing, said the two companies.
The range of services will initially consist of SAP's and Accenture's existing banking and insurance solutions, which include insurance claims management, insurance policy administration and risk management.
Further services will be developed, with 800 employees already assigned to the project. The companies said these new services will be designed to resolve problems on a country-specific basis.
