Ace European Group and Royal & SunAlliance (R&SA) have become the first insurers to offer directors' & officers' (D&O) liability on Imarket.
R&SA's primary D&O product has been designed for small businesses with turnover of up to £15m. With an indemnity limit of up to £1m, it also offers legal, health and safety, and taxation advice.
Ace's D&O product, with an indemnity limit of up to £10m, is auto rated and targeted at companies with turnover or assets of up to £150m.
Peter Knowles, strategy and marketing director at Polaris, said: "We are delighted Ace and R&SA is offering yet more business products on Imarket, giving brokers further choice when obtaining quotes quickly and easily on this key trading platform."
R&SA's ProFin underwriting team will consider requests for larger business D&O submitted via the Imarket X-form.
The team also offers a number of other small business products on Imarket, including shops, offices and properties.
Ace recently launched professional indemnity on Imarket.
