In its first acquisition since announcing its merger with Birchin International plc earlier this month, Park Row is acquiring online financial advisers AdviceOnline (AdviceOnline.co.uk).
The company, which was founded in 1997, offers independent financial advice on a range of financial products via the internet and in person.
As the AdviceOnline brand is well-known Park Row said it will be retained following the acquisition.
The marketing and operations director of Park Row, J-P Wilkins, commented: "This is a fundamental transaction and supports our strategy of offering all of our clients flexible access to advice and services.
"AdviceOnline is a successful and profitable business that attracts large numbers of visitors for information and to purchase online. Many of those visitors also want access to advice and we are able to provide this to them through a variety of channels."
Wilkins will be joining the AdviceOnline Board.
Park Row added that it plans rapid expansion both by organic growth and further acquisitions.
