Admiral has signed a deal with Guidewire that it says will let it develop and change its policies faster.

It will move its policies and billing operations to Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire BillingCenter.

Admiral Group head of IT Charlotte Bennett said: “We were looking for policy and billing systems that would allow us to make product changes quickly and easily.

“The out-of-the-box functionality and flexible architecture provided by PolicyCenter and BillingCenter will enable us to develop and change our products faster.

“In addition, we were very impressed with how PolicyCenter and BillingCenter handled MultiCar insurance, the capabilities the systems provide for future innovation, as well as with the experience and dedication of the Guidewire team.”

Aviva is this year moving its policies onto Guidewire’s integrated claims and underwriting platform.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
