The software provider already serves LV=’s claims department
LV= has chosen software provider Guidewire to manage its entire underwriting, policy administration and billing operations for its personal lines business.
The technology company already manage the insurer’s claims processing, and this move comes after a thorough software selection process from LV=.
LV= Direct managing director Selwyn Fernandes said: “Guidewire has a great reputation in the insurance industry and we already work together to facilitate our claims administration.
“Following a comprehensive selection process we are delighted to now extend this relationship to policy administration to ensure we can continue to effectively respond to customer needs.”
Guidewire, based in Central London, already boasts the likes of Aviva, DLG, Admiral and Zurich as its customers.
Guidewire managing director Keith Stonell said: “LV= is a longstanding Guidewire ClaimCenter customer and we are honour they have expanded to become a full InsuranceSuite user.”
