Admiral could launch a Digilog voice risk analysis (VRA) pilot on third party motor claims.
Last year, the insurer revealed the results of a Digilog pilot on motor theft claims. During the pilot, one in five claimants who made motor theft claims to Admiral withdrew their claim after being assessed by VRA software.
Admiral is now examining the possibility of running pilots on other types of claims.
"We are considering running pilots in other areas including third party claims," an Admiral spokesman said.
Digilog claims VRA technology detects if a claim is truthful by measuring the frequency patterns of a claimants' speech.
