East Anglia broker adds 13 staff
Alan Boswell Group has bought two Peterborough brokers: Bentley Charles Insurance Services and the Peterborough office of Sutcliffe Insurance Brokers.
Bentley Charless in Market Deeping will continue to trade under its current name and branding.
The Peterborough office of Sutcliffe Insurance Brokers, which was previously known as Weller Russell & Laws, has been re-branded as Alan Boswell Group.
The broker has retained all 13 staff who will join its existing 200 staff based across East Anglia.
Managing director Alan Boswell (pictured) said: “These are two businesses which are performing well and are a good fit for our expansion across the region. We will be taking on all the staff from both offices and welcome them to what continues to be an exciting time for the group.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
