Kirk Lusk, group chief financial officer and chief operating officer, resigns to be replaced by Carl Speck

Alea has announced the resignation of director Kirk Lusk.

In a statement to the Stock Exchange, the company said: "Alea announces that Mr Kirk Lusk has tendered his resignation from his positions as Group Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and as a director of the Company and of each of its subsidiaries of which he is a director. Mr Lusk's resignation has been accepted with effect from today, 31 March 2008. Mr Carl Speck, currently deputy Group Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed acting Group Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect."
